The ‘Profile Maps’ feature on Forecyt® software enables you to combine assay outcomes (profiles) with Boolean logic, to help locate the wells within a single plate that meet your specified criteria. Profile Maps in Panorama enables you to get a graphical representation of the wells from all plates across your experiment that match the criteria you specify.
