Referral Promotion & Prize Drawing Terms & Conditions

• The promoter is Essen BioScience Inc. 300 West Morgan Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48108, U.S.A.
• The following Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Referral Program and drawing. Entry into the promotion will be deemed as acceptance of these terms. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
• The promotion closing date is August 14th, 2018. Entries received after this will not be considered.
• We do not endorse Google or Amazon Products, the Google Home (valued at $129, at time of this promotion) is used purely as a promotional incentive.
• No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• No purchase necessary.
• Route to entry for the promotion and details of how to enter are provided via email invitation.
• Eligible participants must be at least 18 years old and IncuCyte customers or users.
• Essen BioScience reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice, in the event of a natural catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Participants will be notified by email of any changes to the promotion.
• The drawing winner will be selected at random by an independent judge on August 15th. The judge’s decision is final.
• The winner will be notified by email or telephone within 5 days of the closing date. Following notification, the winner will be required to send full details of their postal address for shipment of prize.
• If Essen cannot: (i) contact the winner (via the details provided at the date of entry) within a reasonable period of time; or (ii) the winner does not provide details of postal address within 14 days of notification, Essen reserves the right to re-draw a new winner, and thereafter, until a winner can fulfill these terms.
• Please allow 28 days for prize delivery. Essen accepts no responsibility in the event that the prize is lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Shipping tracking information will be provided to the winner.
• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.
• Any personal data relating to the entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
• The Amazon gift card will be $10 USD (USA), €10 EUR (Europe) or £10 GBP (UK) depending on your geographic location. The gift card cannot be exchanged for monetary value.
• A Referral qualifies as an Eligible Referral if all of the following conditions are met:
  • Each referral should include valid and complete contact details.
  • The Referee cannot have been referred to Essen at an earlier date by someone else.
  • The Referee cannot be an existing IncuCyte customer.
  • The Referrer and Referee cannot be employed by the same laboratory.
• You are eligible to receive Amazon gift cards and drawing entries for up to 10 verified referrals.
• Eligible referral exceeding maximum 10 allowed with not earn rewards or contest entries.
• Verification of referrals are made By Essen BioScience and their decision is final.
• By taking part you agree:
  • to comply with all applicable commercial and public anti-bribery laws
  • to send referral emails only to people that you know
  • to not engage in any activity that may be considered fraudulent or invasive or that may be considered spamming
