Video: Live-Cell Visualization and Quantification of Cell Cycle

This video poster presentation is used to describe a dynamic live-cell visualization and quantification, of cell cycle and pharmacological response, from a genetically-encoded, ubiquitination-based sensor, using a lentivirus vector. (Incucyte® Cell Cycle Lentivirus Reagent).
The methodology of the use of an Incucyte® Live-Cell Analysis System, with a multi gene expression system of a fluorescent ubiquitination-based sensor (FUCCI), for the investigation of the cell cycle in tumor cells and spheroids is explained.
