PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

NEW! CellPlayer Angiogenesis CryoKit: A 96-well co-culture angiogenesis assay offered as a cryopreserved kit. The CryoKit includes one frozen vial of GFP labeled HUVEC, one frozen vial of NHDF cells, a 96-well plate, and all media components. Once received, you can run the assay immediately, or at the time of your choosing. Since the CryoKit is seeded in your lab, test compounds can be added at the early stages of the angiogenesis process. The CryoKit also allows for the option of genetically manipulating cells prior to co-culture seeding. Various growth factor supplement kits are also available. Quick Protocol for CryoKit  

CellPlayer Angiogenesis LiveKit: Our traditional 96-well co-culture angiogenesis model provided as a live-cell kit. In this kit the NHDF and GFP-HUVEC cells are seeded at Essen BioScience and shipped overnight to the customer site. The kit includes enough media to complete the assay. The LiveKit is convenient in that it eliminates the step of preparing the co-culture plate. In addition, Essen BioScience performs a parallel kit assay using cells from the same vial to validate the quality of your LiveKit. Quick Protocol for LiveKit  

Live Cell Services: This option allows researchers to access Essen BioScience's angiogenesis technology and expertise as an outsourcing model. We help you design your experiment, you send us the compounds and we run the experiment on the IncuCyte and analyze the data for you. Each service run culminates in a project report which includes the experimental design and methods, plate layout, kinetic data analysis, example images and executive summary. This option frees up internal resources if outsourcing is preferred or provides an entry point for evaluating the assay prior to bringing the assay in-house. Request Information
